Living In Hope       1 Corinthians 15:1-20

All of humanity faces the same inescapable enemy:  death.  No other belief system or religion in the world has a good answer for what happens when you die except for Christianity.  We have a risen Lord and we have tremendous proof that supports His resurrection.  Without Jesus' resurrection we would be the most to be pitied of all people.

Brotherly Love       1 Thessalonians 4:9-12

Paul commends the Thessalonians for their brotherly love and encourages them to do so more and more.  As God's children we need to exhibit a powerful, unconditional love for our brothers and sisters in Christ.  This is one of our most powerful and convincing methods of evangelizing the unsaved.

Mind your own Business   1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

Today we continue with Paul's teaching on practical living.  We explore the commands to: live a quiet life, mind our own business and to work with our hands to support ourselves.  Paul teaches us that one of the outcomes of this lifestyle is that our lives will win the respect of "outsiders" and open doors for the Gospel Message.
