Pastoral Authority
Hebrews 13:17

Pastoral authority is a very misunderstood subject in today's church. Unfortunately for various reasons it is not often exercised or heeded and it is causing massive destruction to the church body as a whole and to the individual member. Today's passage commands us to submit to pastoral authority. We must remember this is a command directly from God.

In today's passage the author encourages his audience to pray for their leaders. We look at the stresses and issues that concern the pastorate in an effort to know how to pray. The bottom line is, pray for your pastor as he has an extremely difficult job.
